Requires vincefn/objcryst#97 because of vincefn/objcryst@aa6aab5

Add a verbose argument to LSQ.PrepareRefParList and make it False by default to avoid warning for each renamed parameter.

It's a rather "internal" message, and moreover it's intended behavior that parameters are renamed when calling lsq.PrepareRefParList(). So I think it makes sense to not warn by default.
